AVTutorials offers its 5-Minute Demo Package, whereby we build a 5-minute, narrated, animated demo of your software product:

• at a fixed price

• with delivery in 1 to 3 weeks.

How does the process work?

1. You send us a PowerPoint including your screen shots and text to be narrated in each scene.  Include your corporate colors, logos, and any graphics to be used, also.

2. We assemble your work into a stunning multimedia Flash-based demo, including animation, professional panning and highlighting techniques, voice narration, and background music.

3. Your demo is delivered in 1 to 3 weeks, to place on your corporate website, burn to CD-ROM's, or other uses.

Base fee: $2,500.00 for a 5-minute, fully-animated, voice-narrated demo (includes the items listed in the next section, below).

Additional fees, at your discretion:
- Additional minutes of demo duration: $500 for each minute.
- Stock photos: to be discussed with you on a custom basis.
- Narration by one of our other voice talents: to be discussed.

- CD-ROM face design
- Corporate identity, logo, brochure, and business card design
- Technical writing

• Includes in-house narration (other voice talent available for additional fees).

• Includes your choice of looping royalty-free background music from our music collection.

• Includes brief intro animation, using properly-licensed imagery that you provide (i.e., photos, logos, etc.) (stock photos available for additional fees).

• We will take your screen shots and animate and highlight them in a professional fashion, in-sync to the voice narration.

• Includes navigation controls that match your corporate color scheme, to fit-in visually with your website.

• Your choice of 640x480, 800x600, or 1024x768 display resolution.

• Includes a preloader to ensure that all content loads properly for your viewers.

• Runs on the world-standard Macromedia® Flash® Player, so your viewers won't have to install any special players.

• Q: Why not have your own multimedia staff produce a demo in-house?
  A: If your multimedia production staff is already tasked, the demo that we'll produce will free their resources for other tasks.

• Q: Why not buy a product such as RoboDemo or Captivate and make a demo in-house?
  A: These programs are great, but they still require a steep learning curve.  These products are very costly, and will still require much of your time to learn the application.

• Q: How do we build your demo?
  A: We build it from scratch, using the Macromedia® Flash® authoring environment.  This gives you the advantage of having a custom-built demo which matches your corporate identity—plus, it lets us modify and customize the demo to your exact specifications.
