Robin
Balinsky has been working in the multimedia
industry for 9 years, with key experience in project
management, project design, multimedia authoring and
development, creative and technical writing, audio
editing, and voice talent recording. She has worked
for various multimedia companies in Texas and
Illinois, managing creative teams and working on
projects ranging from educational tutorials for
children, to corporate sales presentations and CBTs
for Fortune 500 companies. One of her greatest
endeavors includes the creation of a 500+ screen
computer interactive for Underground
Adventure, a permanent exhibit at the Chicago
Field Museum.
Robin
joined InstallShield Software Corporation in 1999 as a
DemoShield Consultant, and shortly thereafter became
DemoShield Consulting Manager as well as DemoShield
Lead Trainer, for their 4-day DemoShield class. She
was heavily involved with the DemoShield Development
Team, lending much input to features incorporated into
DemoShield versions 6.5, 6.7, 7.0, and 8.0. When
InstallShield discontinued direct training and
consulting for DemoShield in the fall of 2002, Robin
was able to move her entire consulting team as well as
all consulting and training services for DemoShield
over to a separate company -- AVTutorials Consulting
-- as InstallShield’s Official DemoShield Service
Provider. She now manages all accounts for AVTutorials
Consulting and serves as Lead DemoShield Trainer,
continuing to offer her extensive product knowledge
and training expertise to the next generation of
DemoShield users.
